Kadir YILMAZ
Founding Partner, Chairman of the Board
He completed his undergraduate education at Anadolu University, Faculty of Science, Department of Chemistry; Eskişehir Osmangazi University, Department of Chemical Engineering; Dumlupınar University, Department of Chemistry; Istanbul University, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine; and Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration. He completed his master's degree at Istanbul Commerce University, Institute of Science, Department of Statistics, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Münevver Turanlı, with a thesis. He completed his doctoral studies in Industrial Policies and Technology Management at the same university, under the supervision of Assoc. Dr. Sabri Öz.
He has many significant publications in international journals, primarily WOS and SCI articles. He is also a member of the Beta Science Association and the Advanced Thinking Institute. Yılmaz, who is a mother and a mathematics enthusiast, continues his studies both domestically and internationally.

Türkan VELİZADA
General Coordinator - Board Member
Velizada completed her undergraduate studies in Automotive Engineering at Ganja State Agricultural University and her Master's degree in Business Administration at Eskişehir Osmangazi University. She is currently pursuing a thesis-based Master's degree in Business Administration at Istanbul Commerce University. She has experience as a manager at Auto Hall Ganjada in Azerbaijan, an intern at Toyota Ganja, an intern at Honda Motorcycle, and a sales manager at Aryap Construction. Selected as the most active student by the Azerbaijan Ground Transportation Agency, Velizada won first place in the Heydar Aliyev Creativity Awards. She has experience with programs such as Autocad and Solidworks, and possesses advanced SPSS and analysis skills.
She has analytical and solution-oriented thinking, a strong interest in mathematical operators and processes, and managerial approach skills. Seeing statistics as a passion, Velizada began contributing to academic publications in 2025 as the General Coordinator and Board Member of Dekartesian Statistics.
